Description
Sherrie R of Fort Worth, Texas 2008 talk at Flower City Fellowship March 7, 2008.
• Overall a very good talk.
• One nugget that I personally found outstanding was a realization she gained about emotional sobriety.
• It’s not a matter of getting ones emotions lined up and under control.
• Good luck waiting for that.
• Emotional Sobriety is pausing in challenging emotional situations and then taking the high road rather than the anger or whatever that often comes naturally.
• She illustrates this with some experiences that led her to this understanding.
